Collecting Tickets

You will receive an email with your unique reference after purchase. This will be your proof of purchase. Please show this receipt plus ID in your name to the Box Office to redeem your ticket / wristband.

Box Office

The Box Office in the foyer of St Mary's church opens 2 hours before showtime listed above on Friday and 1 hour before showtime on Saturday and Sunday.

Doors

The main doors to the festival open 1 hour before showtime each day.

We advise arriving at least 30 mins in advance to claim your tickets, get a drink, browse the guitar and music stands and get a seat! Seating is unreserved. Django's music will be playing and the festival atmosphere will be wonderful!

Refunds

Due to our festival size tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
